Ho ike i ka Po - Journey to the Po workshop is about the spiritual experience of the past.
PoAccording to Hawaiian tradition,the night, which existed before Ao reality - before the universe became
visible. The Po is the Birhtplace of Uhane, our spirit, before we receive human bodies.
During the journey to Po'e Aumakua we experience the memories of our ancestors which helps us understand our own life
better and choose more appropriate healing rituals. We can spiritually support our birth, we travel though memories to heal toxic bonds.
During the workshop we practice expanded consciousness. We discover connections on many levels which can bring new understanding into
our present actions. We practice how to live a meaningful life so that we may become Aumakua for future generations.

1. Dealing with deep blocks caused by toxic bonds
2. Connecting with Hawaiian Aumakua
3. Connecting with Po'e Aumakua
4. Experiencing the Po realm
During the Ho 'ike i ka Po workshop we:

2. Deal with compulsions and phobias
3. Experience Aumakua of own family
4. Support own birth spiritually
5. Heal toxic emotional patterns
6. Experience the mystery of Po
