HoŽoponopono is not a sincle ritual or pray. Traditional Hawaiian Ho'oponopono mean the deep psychological and spiritual knowledge about human nature and reactions. Ho'oponopono inlude skills of healing trauma and toxic bonds, dealing with spirits of those thos body dies and healing toxic family traditions. Ho'oponopono also let person conncect in happy with with family and frieds and co-workers. Teaching and using Ho'oponopono require maturity and responsibility as well as open heart.
During Ho'oponopono healing we follow Aloha and Pono rules. The proces can be short or take many months and years. The goal of traditional Ho'oponopono was to heal Relationship not a emotions of a single person. This way both people can meet and interact again with trust and joy.
